Each fall the Mossville Warriors host an Invitational cross-country race at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, IL. These races draw participation from a dozen schools or more — a great opportunity for kids to buy a reasonably priced tee shirt and maybe win a medal or trophy. I designed shirts for the 2017-2019 Invitationals that brought in a surplus of money to the cross-country fund, which they generously shared with the Mossville track team in 2018. Funds raised via my apparel designs allowed the team to purchase new uniforms, which was a necessity, since team participation exploded over the four years I volunteered.
